A prominent educational institution in Pretoria seeks an experienced Office Manager to provide high-level executive assistance. The Office Manager will oversee administrative duties, enhance school-community relations, and support two executives. Successful candidates should possess a post matric qualification in office management or Industrial Psychology and a minimum of five years of PA/Secretarial experience. Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. The Office Manager will perform a variety of administrative/secretarial support providing high-level executive assistance by leading the administrative team, answering calls, planning and organizing meetings, events and interacting competently with the complete cross-section of the school community, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.
