About The Role

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and goal‑oriented Appointment Setter to join our Corporate Sales team at NxaTel. You’ll play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting qualified appointments for our Senior Sales Executive. This role is perfect for someone with a go-getter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, results‑driven environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking to identify potential corporate clients for the NxaTel App.
  • Book appointments and manage the meeting schedule for the Senior Sales Executive.
  • Attend meetings, expos, and tradeshows to assist in lead generation and relationship building.
  • Organize and coordinate client communications, follow-ups, and next steps to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all opportunities, leads, and activities within the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational assistance where needed.
  • Represent NxaTel professionally, with confidence and strong communication skills.
