Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente FMCG.

Job description

Job Title: National Key Account Manager DComm - Johannesburg

Objective: To aggressively and profitably expand Mars' business in Ecommerce by growing existing customer accounts through category initiatives and acquiring new digital customers.

Qualifications:

  • BCom / University Degree
  • Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG sales environment
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Key Account Management or Category Management within retail
  • Experience in a digital agency or eCommerce organization is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ecommerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce roadmap focusing on increasing sales of MS Brands through customer development and strategic initiatives tailored to various sub-channels (Pureplay, Bricks and Clicks, ODD).
  2. Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales volume and targets through effective strategies including online P2P planning, sales forecasting, brand activations, and identifying growth enablers.
  3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Establish and maintain Joint Business Plans with key customers, conduct KPI reviews, and engage in initiatives like Top 2 Top meetings and roadshows to boost collaboration and visibility.
  4. Trade Spend Optimization: Strategically deploy trade spends to increase traffic to online retailer sites, negotiate trade spends aligning with ecommerce frameworks, and perform ROI analysis to optimize promotional plans.
  5. Internal Stakeholder Leadership: Lead by identifying ecommerce trends and best practices, manage internal stakeholders to foster a digital-first mindset, and collaborate with the One Demand team to enhance online presence of MS brands.
