Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in the cleaning, hygiene, or outsourced property services industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites and frontline staff.
• SAFMA Certified Facilities Supervisor or similar certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational activities across allocated sites.
• Develop and maintain systems to ensure SLAs are met.
• Conduct regular site visits and report on activities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all sites.
