• We are seeking 2 Mobile Team Leaders (Events) based in Bryanston, Gauteng. Do you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

You Bring:

• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

A bonus to have:

• Marketing diploma (advantageous)
• Diploma or Degree in Retail Management
• Matric certificate

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Manage and coordinate marketing activities across the entire EC region.
• Support planning, implementation, and reporting of marketing communications.
• Ensure branches are briefed and prepared for marketing activities.
• Liaise with Regional Manager and Marketing Manager to ensure compliance with norms and standards and communicate marketing strategies.
• Provide updates and feedback to RM and MM daily.
• Work closely with RM and MM to develop and implement strategic marketing and advertising plans.
• Ensure adherence to marketing policies and best practices across branches.
• Build relationships with clients and regional teams.
• Manage regional budgets and expenditures, and report results.
• Maintain an up-to-date client database.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and newsflash items.
• Organize and run promotions or events as needed in the region.
• Plan, implement, and report on external roadshow promotions.
• Assist branches in reaching sales targets.
• Perform any other tasks as required.
