Job summary

A well established open cast Mining Company in Northern Cape Province seeks a Risk Officer to ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act. Responsibilities include managing risk control initiatives and ensuring adherence to internal policies and legislation. Candidates should have a National Diploma in Safety Management and at least 5 years’ mining experience. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to workplace safety. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining industry.
• 5–8 years’ experience as Safety Officer or Risk Officer.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of MHSA & OHSA Acts.
