Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator with PA responsibilities to support our marketing function and assist the Managing Director with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for both creative marketing and efficient executive support.

Responsibilities

Marketing Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media)
  • Update website and social media platforms with relevant content
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports
  • Coordinate marketing materials and supplier communication
  • Help manage event logistics and branded merchandise
  • Assist in basic graphic design tasks or liaise with design vendors
  • Maintain marketing calendars and deadlines

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage the Managing Director's diary, travel, and meeting arrangements
  • Draft and respond to emails, reports, and internal communications
  • Screen calls and handle follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain office filing systems and confidential records
  • Prepare documentation and presentations as needed
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric + relevant qualification in Marketing, Communication, or Administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar marketing support or coordinator role
  • Previous PA or executive assistant experience advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans
  • High level of accuracy, organisation, and time management
