Key Responsibilities

• Develop claim strategies to assign reserves, conduct investigations, and engage appropriate suppliers.
• Assess claims value using evidence and identify fraud or recovery opportunities.
• Finalise claims within authority limits, ensuring optimal settlement outcomes.
• Engage with reinsurers and global claims teams for high-value cases.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Follow customer-specific protocols and service charters to meet expectations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree qualification.
• 5+ years of marine or complex claims experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of claims handling across various lines.
