Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization
- Ensure industry-leading execution and commercial impact of adidas marketing concepts at selected key-accounts and field-accounts. Drive brand leadership at customers’ point of purchase, with a focus on sell-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and analyse competitive/customised account specific marketing plans, linked to the strategic account plans and brand strategy, for selected key accounts and field accounts.
- Manage budget & execution of the account marketing plans with sales.
- Coordinate with sales and retail to deliver concepts, on time at customer level.
- Assist with tracking implementation, ROI and discuss findings/conclusions with sales and retail teams.
- Cooperate with sales & retail teams, act as the key contact to the accounts marketing team.
- Review and suggest account business opportunities, on category level, to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the sales and marketing teams in account planning and excellence in sell-in presentations, be it during seasonal sell-in meetings or strategic account meetings.
- Relay in-store communication needs to the brand marketing team.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and KPIs.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Experience in the field of trade and consumer marketing with a focus on lifestyle & fashion.
- Functional expertise with sales/retail, ideally as key account manager.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in dealing with cross functional organizations.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Business or Marketing.
- +5 years equivalent professional experience, ideally in Marketing with a focus on Brand Management and Trade Marketing.
- Fluent in English.
