About the role

Responsible for conducting audits and supervising the quality and competence of the auditor pool, ensuring all audit activities meet internal and industry standards. Drives continuous improvement, technical excellence, and supports the development of auditors across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit Delivery (60%) — Plan and conduct QHSE audits in accordance with relevant standards and organizational requirements. Prepare audit reports, document findings, and communicate results to stakeholders. Maintain personal qualification and up‑to‑date knowledge of QHSE standards and best practices.
  • Supervision & Quality Oversight (40%) — Oversee the overall delivery quality of audit operations, ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards. Guide, mentor, and support auditors, including onboarding new subcontractors and providing technical feedback. Coordinate and deliver training, calibration, and refresher sessions to maintain and enhance auditor competence. Identify training needs, recommend annual plans, and ensure auditors are up to date with tools, processes, and policies (including cybersecurity). Monitor and review audit documentation and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement. Stay current with internal policies and industry developments, ensuring the audit team remains informed and aligned.
About you

You have solid expertise in QHSE auditing and industry standards, paired with strong leadership skills to guide and mentor auditors. Detail‑oriented and organized, you balance audit delivery with team supervision while driving continuous improvement. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a QHSE Auditor, preferably with Lead Auditor credentials
  • Postgraduate degree required
  • Strong knowledge of relevant standards and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in mentoring or supervising audit teams
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver results within deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English is camps essential
  • Willingness to travel
