Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting for support services cost centres, ensuring accuracy and insight.
• Assist with budgeting and three‑year plan consolidation, preparing final submissions.
• Support forecasting and ad‑hoc financial investigations, providing clear analysis to stakeholders.
• Review and report on actual expenditure, monitoring exceptions and ensuring financial compliance.
• Prepare and present financial information to aid business decision‑making.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• BCom and CA(SA) or CIMA or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years post‑articles general accounting experience; management accounting in retail advantageous.
• Leadership experience desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office / G‑suite proficiency; strong analytical, numerical, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and time management essential.
• High energy, performance‑driven, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
