Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Green certification process, ensuring all documentation is complete and submissions are tracked.
• Review and verify the logic of submissions prepared by consultants.
• Act as an EDGE expert, leading post‑construction audits.
• Inspect and review various green building sites to ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders on‑site.
• Report on progress, identify risks, and ensure building projects meet certification requirements.
• Prepare and submit required packs, documents, and plans to auditors.

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Construction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sustainable building projects.
• Experience working on at least one Green Star building.
• GBCSA Green Star AP & IFC EDGE Expert accreditation advantageous.
