Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrator to support our Finance Sales Service Delivery and General Operations teams. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to‑day running of administrative processes across the business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities
Finance Administration
  • Assist the Senior Finance Administrator with daily finance‑related tasks.
  • Pull and manage bank statements, track payments and maintain billing schedules.
  • Review and ensure that SLA billing is accurate & timeously submitted to client.
  • Ensure all financial documentation is organized and up to date.
Service Delivery Support
  • Assist the Service Delivery Manager with administrative coordination of ongoing projects and client engagements.
  • Prepare and maintain service delivery documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Ensure that calls are actioned timeously and RFQs from existing clients are actioned.
Sales & Tender Administration
  • Support the sales team with quotations and client correspondence.
  • Assist in the reviewing and submission of tender documentation.
  • Oversee records of tender opportunities, deadlines and submissions.
General Administration
  • Support the maintenance and updating of ISO documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and support general office repairs, administration, filing and coordination as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Business Engineering or Finance Degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience supporting finance service delivery or ISO documentation will be advantageous.
