SUMMARY

Junior Financial Administrator provides support to the finance and accounting team by assisting with day-to-day financial operations, record-keeping, and reporting. This role ensures accurate financial data management, helps maintain compliance, and contributes to smooth financial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Administration
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
  • Support bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
  • Support management in tracking budgets and expenses
Compliance & Support
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures

  • Assist auditors during audits by providing required documentation
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects
General Administration
