A digital insurance brokerage is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the Head of Finance in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with policies. Responsibilities include monthly reporting, reconciliations, and preparation of management accounts. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and have 2–4 years' relevant experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. This role will support the Head of Finance by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with daily accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
The role will also be responsible for assisting with financial reporting, budgeting & taxation.
