In this hybrid role, you will manage client relationships, ensure excellent customer service, and identify opportunities for upselling. Working Pattern: Hybrid - 4 days in office in Claremont, 1 day remote
Working Hours: US East Coast hours | 3pm–11pm SAST
Reports to: Senior Management Team
Salary Range: R20,000 - R27,000 gross per month

They are expanding their international team and looking for a dynamic Junior Account Manager to join them. This hybrid role blends day-to-day customer service with proactive account management, ensuring their clients feel supported, valued, and excited to work with them.
This is a unique hybrid position designed for someone who can juggle relationship management with efficient customer service. You’ll be the friendly, capable first point of contact for clients from handling queries, coordinating with the internal teams, and following up to make sure everything runs smoothly. At the same time, you’ll nurture accounts, spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and play a part in client retention.
