You will manage user lifecycles, maintain server and network infrastructure, and provide advanced technical support. Responsibilities

• Execute employee terminations and suspensions in coordination with People Experience.
• Disable and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor and verify scheduled backups using backup platforms.
• Monitor uptime and performance of physical and virtual servers.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Plan, test, and deploy firmware and software patches.
• Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and system issues.

Skills

Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory

Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 / Office 365

PowerShell scripting for user and mailbox management

Backup solutions experience (e.g. Redstor)

Virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware)

Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Server monitoring and troubleshooting

Patch and update management

Strong understanding of security best practices
