Performance Objectives for Year One

• Lead Key Client Engagements: Within the first year, successfully lead the end‑to‑end IT audit and assurance engagements for a portfolio of 3-4 key European clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality reports and advice.
• Master Third‑Party Assurance: Independently manage and deliver at least two complex Third‑Party Assurance engagements (e.g., ISAE 3402, SOC 2), from scoping and planning through to fieldwork and final reporting, identifying critical control weaknesses and presenting actionable recommendations to client leadership.
• Develop and Mentor Future Leaders: Formally mentor and develop 2-3 junior consultants, demonstrably enhancing their technical skills in IT risk, controls testing, and client communication, preparing them for increased responsibility.
• Become an SAP Risk Specialist: Deepen your expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments, developing a reputation as a go‑to specialist. By year‑end, contribute to the development of a reusable advisory tool or framework related to SAP risk and controls.
• Drive Business Growth: By building strong, trust‑based relationships, identify and help scope at least one opportunity for a new advisory project with an existing client, demonstrating a clear understanding of their evolving business needs.
