Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years admin or finance experience is required.
• Computer literacy is essential, particularly with Pastel.
• Must have own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to accurate preparations of invoices.
• Generate invoices for customers daily.
• Liaise with dispatch, sales, and finance department.
• Prepare monthly POD and dispatch reports.
