A leading national law firm with a market‑leading Projects & Energy practice is seeking an experienced Legal Director (8 PQE+) to join its highly regarded Infrastructure, Projects & Energy team in Manchester. The Role

• Lead and manage complex commercial contracts relating to energy infrastructure, utilities and transport.
• Advise on the full spectrum of issues across major infrastructure and energy mandates for developers, funds, corporates, and financial institutions.
• Play an active role in shaping team strategy, identifying new opportunities, and developing client relationships.
• Support the development of junior lawyers, taking a leadership role within the team.
• Draft and negotiate commercial documents, manage transaction processes, and oversee junior fee‑earners.
• Engage in business development, networking and delivering training to clients and internal teams.

• 8 PQE+ in Infrastructure, Projects, Energy and/or Transport.
• Experience supporting complex, multi‑disciplinary transactions.
