About the Role
This role will see you taking on a crucial part in ensuring our organization runs smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective strategies for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent.
- Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts through effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Compliance and Policy: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across the organization.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and secure employee records, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.

- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with HR staff and other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (if required).
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
