About the Role

This is a critical role where you will oversee and enhance a sophisticated structured lending portfolio, collaborating with expert wealth managers to drive business profitability and growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop customized lending solutions that align with their broader wealth portfolios.

Responsibilities

• You will be the expert in structured lending, responsible for both portfolio oversight and deep client relationship management.
• This includes financial analysis, risk management, portfolio management, planning, and forecasting.
• You will develop strong client relationships and offer customized lending solutions, ensuring the lending offering is adaptable and shaped in line with clients' changing needs and broader wealth portfolios.
• You will collaborate effectively with Wealth Managers to enhance the structured lending business and profitability.
• This includes preparing reports on portfolio performance and risk metrics for key stakeholders.

Requirements

• A relevant NQF7 Level degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• The completed RE5 qualification.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in wealth management lending, with a proven track record of maintaining and growing wealth clients with structured lending products.
