A leading hospitality service provider is seeking a Gentle Organizer (G.O) for their South Africa Resort. This seasonal position involves managing a team of 15 to 20 staff members, ensuring compliance with service standards, and controlling operational costs. Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and proven team management skills.
