An exciting opportunity as Head of Operations has become available with this international company, overseeing their expanding South African operations based in Johannesburg.

About :

This role ensures seamless coordination between departments driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, standardised operating procedures & processes, driving customer centricity & staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Developing, planning & implementation of strategies that align with business goals, promoting operational success, guest satisfaction & staff engagement
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders to understand the needs of current customers & devise & implement operational strategies
  • Collaboration with departments across the company (revenue, marketing, sales, finance ++)
  • Assist in setting financial targets & budget development & monitoring
  • Monitoring the performance of operations using key metrics & reporting back to the senior management team
Requirements
  • South African national or valid work permit
  • Start Date 1 November or sooner if available
  • BSc / BA / MSc / MA in Business Administration, finance or relevant field / or work experience equivalent
  • 10 years operational experience at a similar level
  • In-depth understanding of contact centres, software used & data analysis.
