Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of both the interior and exterior of our buildings, addressing issues promptly and efficiently. You will provide essential support to the Facilities Manager, assisting with various tasks and contributing to the overall management of the property. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will help maintain high safety and functionality standards.

  • Assist Electrical team
  • Assist HVAC team
  • Assist Handy Man team
  • Complete daily admin e.g., Job Cards, Supplier Invoices, Delivery Notes, Reports
  • Manage supplier quotations
  • Attend related site call outs in a timely manner
  • Manage day-to-day call outs
  • Track and complete all call outs, ad-hoc repairs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
  • Provide regular feedback to the Operations Manager, Administrator, and Client
  • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly checks as per agreed SLA
  • Standby duties as required
