A leading national organisation is seeking an experienced GROUP TRANSPORT MANAGER to take ownership of its fleet, logistics, and transport operations across South Africa, based in Johannesburg.

Education, Qualification, Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 10+ years’ transport / logistics management experience, of which at least 5 years in a senior fleet / transport leadership role.
• Material handling and Capital Equipment transport experience (required)
• Strong background managing mixed fleets across multiple regions.
• In-depth knowledge of transport legislation, compliance, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings and operational improvements.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management or similar.
• Strong IT and systems knowledge (fleet management / telematics).
• Willingness to travel nationally when required.
