Our Graduate Programme inMarketing helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Marketing departments of Brand, Activation, Trade and Strategic Planning & Insights work together to achieve outstanding business results.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar, with diploma obtained between September 2021 and August 2024.
• Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in Marketing roles.
• Passion for Marketing and a general knowledge of its core functions.
• Analytical and decision-making skills, with ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences.
• Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed.
• National and / or international mobility.
• Proficiency in English (both written & spoken)
