Job summary

A modern hospitality firm in Johannesburg seeks a dedicated Front Office Manager to oversee guest services, manage reservations, and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have a Matric and a Hospitality Management Qualification, along with at least 2-3 years of front office management experience. As a leader, you will be proactive, have great attention to detail, and be an excellent communicator. Relocation costs will be the candidate's responsibility if applicable.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 3 Years Front Office management experience essential.
  • 5 Years+ Front Office experience.
  • Hands-on problem-solving approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and control all guest services, Reservations, and Guest Relations.
  • Manage administration of the Front Office Department.
