Job description

Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations. Educate customers to the correct channel and adhere to policy and process.

Achieve Net Income Return for the Business as defined in the Financial Performance Report of the Business.

Achieve revenue targets by growing a portfolio of existing clients or acquiring new clients. Convert identified leads into successful sales.

  • Manage existing clients and grow portfolio through contact and generating leads using the Net Promoter Tool.
  • Grow the active customer account base and maximize cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Track, control and influence sales and service activities to achieve predetermined targets and increase efficiencies.
  • Check transactions daily to ensure new business applications are closed within appropriate timelines.
  • Maintain a sales diary by making the agreed number of appointments and conducting sales presentations.
  • Provide accurate and reliable sales statistics.
  • Develop own competencies to increase personal development.

Qualifications & Experience: Relevant completed (NQF 5) qualification – preferred. Banking 1–3 years – client experience and value management.
