Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full finance function with commercial accountability
• Drive financial planning, reporting and analysis to support operational and strategic objectives
• Manage budgeting forecasting and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance and maintain robust internal controls
• Partner with operational teams across distribution, trading or manufacturing functions

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Qualified CA(SA) with 5-6 years post‑articles experience, ideally with the majority being in a Financial Controller role
• Commercial experience within distribution, trading, logistics or manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset able to translate numbers into business insight
• Confident, decisive and able to influence at all levels of the business
• Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
