Job Summary

As a Filing Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, ensuring that all documents are accurately labeled and easily accessible. You will work closely with the team to keep files up‑to‑date and stored securely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and file documents in accordance with established filing systems
  • Create new files and update existing ones as needed
  • Label and index files for easy retrieval
  • Scan and upload documents into electronic filing systems
  • Assist with the disposal of outdated or unnecessary files
  • Retrieve files upon request and ensure their safe return
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient file management
  • Keep track of inventory and order necessary filing supplies
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred

Working Conditions
