Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Assist with marketing and sales efforts, including sending out promotional materials and following up with potential clients
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  • Handle any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
