Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Events & Branding Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and project manager who can execute high‑impact events, maintain brand consistency, build strategic partnerships, and ensure seamless operational processes across departments. This role plays a critical part in elevating brand presence, driving engagement, and contributing to revenue growth through targeted events and partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Branding & Communication:
    • Manage monthly brand updates including email signatures, wallpapers and Wi‑Fi passwords.
    • Submit monthly branding audit reports and deliver quarterly brand audits for all events and sales branding touchpoints.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital channels.
  • Supplier & System Management:
    • Conduct supplier onboarding in line with company policies.
    • Ensure BC System compliance, including raising PRs, issuing POs, and providing status updates for payment releases.
    • Maintain clear communication between events, marketing, finance and suppliers.
  • Event Planning, Execution & Innovation:
    • Execute event roadmaps, proposals and documentation on schedule.
    • Manage event budgets and ensure alignment with goals such as ROI, lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Drive event conversion growth by increasing lead generation and improving event‑related sales potential.
    • Launch at least one innovative event concept per quarter to enhance audience engagement and competitiveness.
    • Expand key event series quarterly to support sales activations and business growth.
    • Evaluate and report quarterly ROI for all events (minor and major).
    • Address all event‑related issues promptly with proactive backup strategies.
  • Revenue Growth & Partnerships:
    • Identify and drive second‑revenue opportunities such as sponsorships, merchandise sales or virtual events.
    • Secure a minimum of one new sponsorship or partnership per month.
    • Grow brand partnerships by securing at least three major collaborations per quarter.
    • Lead the successful execution of the Q2 Annual Partnership Invitational.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Facilitate monthly alignment meetings with Marketing, Sales and Digital to discuss event objectives, plans and performance.
    • Work cross‑functionally to ensure smooth workflow and communication across departments.
  • Employee & Member Engagement:
    • Execute monthly employee engagement initiatives and assist in delivering blueprint events.
    • Facilitate ongoing monthly staff engagement and deliver one major engagement each quarter.
    • Support member / public engagement activities that strengthen brand community.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
  • 2‑4 years of experience in event coordination, branding, marketing or partnerships.
  • Experience with event reporting and brand audits is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
  • Creativity in conceptualising and executing new event ideas.
  • Financial and budgeting understanding, particularly PR/PO processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in fast‑paced environments.
