Overview

Engineering Foreman (Projects & Estate)

To manage the maintenance and operations of equipment and systems in alignment with sound engineering practices and equipment specifications. Additionally, to support in the design and supervision of activities in the estate

Responsibilities
  • Streamline Maintenance and Operations
  • Supervise planned maintenance schedules and oversee operational efficiency
  • Manage maintenance and operations of equipment
  • Create and distribute work orders also close work orders after completion
  • Coordinate orders and maintenance activities promptly and effectively to ensure that resources are available when required
  • Coordinate activities during execution and over inspect work done
  • Deliver projects within budget and specified time frames
  • Enforce Discipline and Quality Standards
  • Adhere rigorously to disciplinary and behavioural rules and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivering work that meets operational expectations
  • Maintain high standards of work performance, following prescribed methods to minimise downtime
