Type: Temporary to Permanent (Full Time)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Van and Fuel Card

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and remedial work within Social Housing contracts.
• Perform tests, inspections and EICRs, and produce daily test/inspection reports.
• Carry out remedial works as needed and ensure high standards of workmanship.
