Qualifications

  • 2 years’ work experience preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience in a litigation support environment working with eDiscovery systems.
  • Vendor certification for relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with software or hardware issues related to applications.
  • Provide support for escalated service requests.
  • Conduct quality control evaluations of each process performed.
