Essential: Experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance media, is critical. You must be able to analyse the key data points of digital performance media data and interrogate.
Education: B.Comm / B.BusSci or equivalent tertiary qualification.
Commercial competence – You’ve managed complex customer or media relationships with return on investment accountability. You have experience in creating business plans and managing budgets. You have a record of delivering brilliant execution, informed by (and built on) analytics.
Digital – you are a day‑to‑day digital native, you have experience managing online performance campaigns and you are curious and passionate about this area, keeping up with trends, competitor activity & discovering / driving the platforms of the future.
Analytical skills – you can interpret and analyse large quantities of data very efficiently, generating substantial insights and recommendations. You can work in a fast paced, matrix organisation. You champion speed and simplification. You build and use effective connections to deliver outstanding outcomes.
