Role

We are seeking an experienced Director who is an established leader in the Project Finance advisory sector. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in establishing and building the Gridlines team in [In Region]. The role will involve establishing and leading the growth of the Gridlines business within [Insert Region].

Responsibilities & Requirements

Operations: Lead in the growth and development of the project finance team [In Country]. Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments. Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions. Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model. Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Lead in the planning of resources across the team.

People: Develop and inspire a market‑leading team. Instil a collaborative high‑performing culture.

Growth: Lead in the growth of the project finance practice [In country]. Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business. Lead in the development of client pitches.

• Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
• Experience with the FAST financial modelling standard is desirable.
