Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the execution of email, SMS, and social media campaigns across our marketing stack. You’ll blend technical skills with creative thinking to build automations, craft compelling content, and support a distributed sales team.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who’s fluent in tools like HubSpot, Canva, Zapier, and Sheets—and who thrives on making complex workflows simple.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan and launch campaigns via HubSpot or HighLevel across email and SMS

  • Keep our LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTiktok, and X channels active and aligned with brand voice

  • Maintain a 30‑day content calendar with diverse content formats

  • Design assets and edit videos using Canva, CapCut, or Figma

  • Build automations with Zapier to streamline campaign ops and ensure data flow between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other tools

  • Monitor performance in Google Sheets/Excel and surface actionable insights

  • Provide clear process documentation for internal teams, including sales reps in South America

Must-Have Experience
  • 1–3 years working in a modern CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred)

  • Experience managing campaigns across email, SMS, and social platforms

  • Comfortable building workflows in Zapier or Make

  • Design and video editing skills (submit at least 2 past work samples)

  • Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills

  • Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

Nice to Have
  • Experience in an agency managing multiple brand voices

  • Familiarity with AI content tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Gemini

  • Recruiting or talent‑marketing exposure

  • Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting
