This is a hybrid role based in Ballito, KZN, with occasional office days. In practice, you’ll work remotely most of the time.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee client accounts, develop integrated marketing strategies, and drive performance across digital channels.

You’ll manage relationships, brief and review creative work, analyse performance data, and continually optimize campaigns. Staying ahead of industry trends and new platform features will be part of your ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams
  • Create and execute online marketing campaigns
  • Develop and optimize data-driven digital strategies
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance
  • Brief or create ad content where needed
  • Stay up to date with best practices and platform updates
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or client management role (agency or brand side)
  • Strong understanding of social media and content creation
  • Experience strategizing and managing paid media campaigns on Meta and/or Google
  • Confident with Meta Business Suite
  • Comfortable using major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools
  • eCommerce performance marketing experience is highly advantageous
  • Solid analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar (preferred)
  • Meta or Google certifications are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a remote or hybrid environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Klaviyo or Mailchimp
  • Shopify proficiency
  • Google Tag Manager knowledge
  • Copywriting or video editing skills
