Qualifications

• Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse/Midwife or with HPCSA as a Clinical Technologist.
• Experience in renal nursing is a strong recommendation.
• Ability to implement health practice standards and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform dialysis according to prescription safely and follow NRC's internal policies.
• Provide optimal patient care per nursing scope and NRC's clinical pathways.
• Manage medical equipment and ensure compliance with NRC’s technical policies.
• Maintain patient clinical records according to policies and NRC standards.
• Lead the shift and supervise all staff daily.
