The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in ensuring an elevated customer experience and seamless order coordination within the Customer Success team. This position ensures order accuracy and efficiency through collaboration with customers, sales teams, logistics, and operations.
Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend, and move throughout the facility. Must be able to sit and stand for an extended period of time.
