Key Responsibilities

• Handling all property transfers related to deceased estates
• Drafting and preparing all transfer documentation (including power of attorney, declarations, etc.)
• Liaising with the Masters Office, Deeds Office, SARS, municipalities, and clients
• Managing files from instruction to registration
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and procedural requirements
• Attending to correspondence with heirs, executors, and conveyancers
• Keeping clients and stakeholders updated on progress

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Conveyancing, specifically with Deceased Estate Transfers
• Excellent working knowledge of LexisConvey, GhostConvey, or other conveyancing software
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• High attention to detail and professional communication skills
• Understanding of the full deceased estate transfer process
