- Handling all property transfers related to deceased estates
- Drafting and preparing all transfer documentation (including power of attorney, declarations, etc.)
- Liaising with the Masters Office, Deeds Office, SARS, municipalities, and clients
- Managing files from instruction to registration
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and procedural requirements
- Attending to correspondence with heirs, executors, and conveyancers
- Keeping clients and stakeholders updated on progress
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Conveyancing, specifically with Deceased Estate Transfers
- Excellent working knowledge of LexisConvey, GhostConvey, or other conveyancing software
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
