A leading recruitment firm is seeking a conveyancer in Umhlanga Rocks, South Africa, who will handle end-to-end conveyancing services and ensure compliance with property registration tasks. The ideal candidate holds an LLB/B.Law degree and has at least one year of experience in South African conveyancing, specifically in residential transfers. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage various tasks under pressure are essential. The environment is fast-paced, requiring excellent planning and analytical abilities.
The role holder supports various matters and will be based in the Durban office, attending to conveyancing matters being registered in country within a range of scenarios including (end-to-end conveyancing services, post-completion matters, freehold property reports, and ad hoc matters). Primary responsibilities include reviewing property information packs, attending to property searches and title checks, preparation of property reports, and attending to Registry requisitions for completing registration. The role holder will need to possess good communication skills for constant liaising with clients and other stakeholders.
