About the Role :

We’re seeking dynamic Conversion and Retention Agents to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment in the Capital Market and iGaming sectors. Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading.

Responsibilities :

Engage new leads, convert them into active clients

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Upsell and cross-sell financial products or services

Provide high-level client support to boost retention

Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-driven setting

Native or fluent in English + one of the following : Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.

1–2+ years’ experience in conversion / retention

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Results-driven, motivated by performance and bonuses

Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven team
