Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in company secretarial services.
- Preferably a member of the Chartered Governance Institute of South Africa.
- Experience with Tax Administration on SARS eFiling profile.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with all standard CIPC functions.
- Liaising with regulatory bodies for related registrations.
- Conducting administrative functions as required.

ViviersJob Description:- All standard CIPC assistance
- Beneficial Ownership compliance
- Assist with compliance requirements relating to businesses such as PAIA, POPI, FICA
- Assist with Trust Administration, where applicable
- Assist in basic SARS administration, including registrations and deregistration’s
- Assist in basic UIF and COIDA administration, including registrations and deregistration’s
- Liaise with CIPC, UIF, COIDA and SARS with regards to related registrations and submission of documentation
- Assisting with administrative duties and inhouse administrative functions that me required from the time to time.
Qualifications:- Have 2 – 3 years of experience in company secretarial services
- Membership of Chartered Governance Institute of South Africa, preferably
- Be proficient in Excel, Practice Management Software, Secretarial Software
- Have experience with Tax Administration on SARS eFiling profile
