ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering a 24‑month structured Commercial Graduate in Training programme, in various areas: Marketing & Strategy, Pricing, Market & Product development, Domestic Sales, International Sales, Service Management.

The programme will incorporate learning through working alongside experts and guidance by a coach and mentor on an accelerated development journey that is rooted in a high-performance culture. Successful candidates will join on a fixed term contract for a period of 2 years. After the 2‑year programme, successful candidates will be eligible for permanent employment subject to their performance and positions availability.
