Ensure accurate and timely Daily Collections & cash application
Maintain clean, reconciled clients accounts
Support collections execution, AR accuracy and cash allocations
Apply daily incoming payments accurately to customer accounts and invoices
Reconcile AR accounts; resolve discrepancies, credit balances, and unknown payments
Investigate and clear unapplied cash in coordination with internal teams and customers
Build strong relationship with your portfolio clients
Support invoice accuracy and timely invoice delivery
Assist with collections follow-ups on past-due accounts
Maintain and update collections tracking files
Prepare AR, cash application, and collections reports
Partner with Collections Manager, Success team, and Payroll teams to deliver first class services
2+ years experience in AR, Collections and cash application
Strong knowledge of cash application and account reconciliation
High attention to detail and accuracy on a fast pace environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication in English
Proficient in Excel and AR reporting tools
Experience with ERP systems and collections tools, Netsuit, Xero, Juno, Ticketing systems
Experience working in fast-paced collections environments
