About The Organisation And The Role

SundryMed, a trusted name in the medical industry, is the amalgamation of SundryChem and First Aid Supplies. They are now growing their JHB Sales team, and are looking for an outbound cold-calling Sales Agent for the JHB office to help build their client base and support with servicing existing clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Cold-calling new, dormant and existing clients.
  • Sharing of relevant product information based on customer history or facility.
  • Updating of client information on the CRM.
  • Initiate actions for the sales teams.
  • Meeting calling targets.
  • Supporting sales team in reaching sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Work experience and industry exposure
  • Previous experience in an outbound call-centre or sales role, essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Vibrant and confident communicator, able to communicate telephonically in an effective and professional manner with a variety of audiences.
  • Comfortable making calls from a list.
  • Excellent listening skills and intuitive approach to client’s needs
  • Able to manage difficult situations and personalities in a calm and rational manner
  • Efficient and able to work independently
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
