About the Role :

The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Wealth Managers in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Conducting research to inform client reports and records of advice.
  • Uploading client financial information onto our CRM system.
  • Preparing portfolio analysis for Financial Planners.
  • Drafting records of advice documents for Financial Planners.
  • Supporting the client review process for Financial Planners.

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will also be responsible for handling top-up investments, freeing up time for Wealth Managers, preparing meeting packs, minutes of meetings, risk management record keeping, operational reporting, telephonic query resolution, assistance with compliance officer visits, and general administrative duties as required.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information.
