Client Support Specialist
The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Wealth Managers in delivering exceptional client service.
In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will also be responsible for handling top-up investments, freeing up time for Wealth Managers, preparing meeting packs, minutes of meetings, risk management record keeping, operational reporting, telephonic query resolution, assistance with compliance officer visits, and general administrative duties as required.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong research skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information.
